The whole process from beginning to end was dealt with proffesionally, Our sales contact Helen explained the financial aspects clearly and provided us with videos of the new vehicle outlining the upgrades over our previous vehicle. A super service.

car serviced, arrived, dealt with quickly, car taken virtually straight in for works to be completed, done by 1pm. Booked in for a reported fault to get properly fixed, so that makes me happy as last time the fault couldn't be reproduced (lights)

Didn't look at tyre as requested. Denied all knowledge of required work and when I turned the car on and all the warning messages displayed they admitted they had seen it but thought it was a sensor issue !!! So what? - fix/reset it !!

My car came in for a recall and a complementary health check (which you recommended I get). I picked my car up, was handed the keys & that was it - I have no invoice, no paperwork showing what was checked or replaced, no sign of a health check.

the technicians have not given the car back in state it was handed in. Trims not fitted properly, my led steering wheel not working. Had to pay someone else to get it rectified. Gearstick incorrect as I had a different style although it was still OEM

Tyler & Paul fatastic but the technicians struggled to fix fault on 13.01.26 and had to return 22.01.26 which ran to 23.01.26. Biggest frustration is not my fault, no courtesy car, no lift or pick up. When hire car was finally sanctioned they forgot!
